These terms govern purchases from dripdealer117 and use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

About us

The store is operated by Adam Jones, a sole trader trading as dripdealer117.

Products

Most products are pre-owned and one of a kind. We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe their brand, size, condition, measurements and visible defects accurately.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Stated clothing sizes are based on labels or measurements and can vary between manufacturers and eras. Customers should review the supplied measurements before purchasing.

Normal signs of use that are clearly photographed or disclosed form part of the product’s description.

Availability

Most items have a stock quantity of one and may also be advertised through other selling platforms.

An item is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted. If a stock-syncing error allows an unavailable item to be purchased, we will cancel that item and issue a full refund. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout.

Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted. We may cancel or reject an order where payment fails, fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, delivery cannot reasonably be completed or an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Order acceptance

Your checkout confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin fulfilment or dispatch it.

Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions. Unless expressly permitted, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by misuse or an obvious technical error.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Risk in consumer goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you to receive them, unless you independently arranged a carrier not offered by us.

Returns

Consumer returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Reseller bundles and business customers

Products described as reseller lots may contain mixed brands, sizes, styles and conditions as disclosed in the listing.

If you purchase wholly or mainly for resale, trade or another business purpose, you are acting as a business customer. Consumer cancellation rights may not apply to that purchase.

Nothing excludes liability for goods that are materially inconsistent with the agreed business description.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website:

For unlawful or fraudulent activity;
To introduce malicious code;
To interfere with the website’s operation or security;
To scrape, copy or exploit store content without permission;
To impersonate another person; or
To place orders using unauthorised payment information.

We may restrict access or cancel orders where misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Intellectual property

The dripdealer117 name, website design, original text, photographs and graphics belong to us or their respective licensors and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

References to third-party brands, musicians, programmes and characters identify or describe the pre-owned products offered for resale. Unless expressly stated, no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed.

Liability

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of applicable consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The terms applying to an order are those published when that order is placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which they reside.
